Yeah, well. The feedback itself, the oneI gave wasn't well structured. Or given good-intented. It's hard to give good feedback when you're furious. That speaks even more to Malik's character. The team very much told me in person he was a better teammate down the line.

Thank you, Laura. You using the word "honest" means a lot, for real. Management stuff is often rather try with a lot of preaching and telling. Reality isn't necessarily as easy.
